If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of date of invoice for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. Please note if your item has been opened we can not offer a refund.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a month from the invoice date.

Please pack the items carefully so that they will not be damaged in transit as damaged returns will not be credited. We recommend that you send the item/items with our prepaid label, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don’t arrive!
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. All goods on the website and any associated advertisement are invitations to treat only and are not offers. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect Stortford Toys shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
GUARANTEE – All our products are guaranteed for 28 days against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will make arrangements to either replace, repair, or refund the item. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair ‘wear and tear’. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that most items supplied will have customer service contact information included, this is usually the quickest method by which faults / repairs can be completed.
